In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Dearborn; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Michigan are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

My friend and I recently ate at this restaurant. I have to say it is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. We came for lunch so we were able to get a booth right away (they have tables as well, some big enough to fit larger groups). They have two areas plus banquet rooms to eat in. We had the Shish Kabob combo that has Kabob, Kafta, Tawook. It comes with Fattoush Salad or Soup, hummus and you also get to pick two sides. We got the roasted/grilled vegetables and seasoned small potatoes. Every thing was delicious. Zahraa was our waitress. I asked for recommendations as I had never been to the restaurant before. She did not disappoint in her suggestions. She was both helpful, friendly and efficient. The interior is really pretty plus they have plenty of free parking as well. I think this would be a great place to bring family and friends for a celebration. I plan to bring friends here in the future. We had plenty food to enjoy at home as well.

Party of 7 dinner. Food is somewhat pricy. Service is good and courteous. We ordered meat-rice, chicken bread, baked potatoes, steamed vegetables (peas, carrots etc.) Homous and salad. The total bill for 7 came to $307 and charge. The meat rice was okay although meat was not truly tender. Although not too bad overall. Potatoes were delicious and looked great too. The steamed veggies were a bit on the raw side, at least to my liking. Fatoush salad was very good and loaded with good quality olive oil. The chicken was extremely disappointing. I don't like to criticize food. However, I am writing this to draw their attention and hoping improvement. The thing starts with the quality of raw chicken used. It was not tender or juicy. Just hard and dry inside out. I struggled with finishing my first and only piece. I have had that chicken at medium level inexpensive restaurants and enjoyed the chicken breast much more than I did on that day. The waiters were friendly and polite. The ambience is good. Although with party hall, next to the restaurant area, it was a bit too noisy and less private to my liking. The family was getting together on the fourth day of Eid and that was great for

I went with a few friends and tried many of their appetizers. The top things I enjoyed was the deboned chicken, potatoes, and the lamb with rice. The service was excellent.

Habib’s Cuisine is probably my all-time favorite restaurant in Michigan. If it isn’t the sheer beauty of the place it is the quality of the food. I ordered the Oozé and did not know what to expect. I’ve never had roast beef so tender and delicious before. The vegetables were grilled to perfection and had a rich garlic taste that was phenomenal. Throughout the restaurant were hardwood and stone accents with meticulous trim and flair that speak to the soul. The lighting was just right for an evening experience, and the server was very kind and patient. He did an excellent job waiting my table and I left a generous tip. If this is what Lebanese food is then it is amazing.
